  8. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before 
  9. using this software.

  11. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES YOU MAY REVERSE-ENGINEER, 
  12. MODIFY OR ALTER IN ANY WAY FILES OR PROGRAM ITSELF 
  13. IN THIS DISTRIBUTION PACKAGE.

  18. This is not free software. Subject to the terms below, this software may 
  19. be used for evaluation purposes at the user's own risk for a period of 
  20. 30 days from the date of installation. Following this test period of 30 
  21. days or less, if you wish to continue to use FindGraph, you must pay a 
  22. license fee and register. Unregistered use of FindGraph after this test 
  23. period is in violation of international copyright laws.

  25. The trial version may be freely distributed, provided the distribution 
  26. package is not modified. No person or company may charge a fee for the 
  27. distribution of FindGraph without written permission from the copyright 
  28. holder.

  30. On payment of the appropriate license fee, the user is granted a 
  31. non-exclusive license to use FindGraph on one computer, for any legal 
  32. purpose, at a time. You can not distribute in any form your personal 
  33. Registration Key that you receive after the registration of application.

  35. SITE license.
  36. The user purchases a single license, authorising the USE of
  37. SOFTWARE, by the purchaser, the purchaser's employees or
  38. accredited agents, on an unlimited number of computers at the
  39. same physical SITE location. This SITE location would normally be
  40. defined as a single building, but could be considered to be a
  41. number of buildings within the same, general, geographical
  42. location.
